Cool Down Spell

Color of the day:  Black
Incense of the day:  Basil

This is a ritual bath for when you are plagued by anger or negativity.

Go outside and make a snowball with your hands. As you pack the snow together in the shape of a ball, charge it with the ability to vanquish or banish energy. See it pulsing with pure white cleansing light, and feel its cold clarity in your hands.

Immediately, go draw yourself a warm bath. Get in the bath, hold the snowball over you, and say:

"Pure white light, pure white snow,
Extinguish this anger, make it go!"

Drop the snowball into the water. (A jar of rain can be substituted for a snowball.) As it melts and cools the water around your body, feel it also cooling the coals of your ire. See it transform your aura from angry dark red to calm blue.
