The fifth woman made a doctor in the US, she got into trouble for promoting birth control. She ended up going to India and learned about the physical actions of Tantra. She brought back the technique of prolonged intercourse without orgasm as a means of birth control. Her book, entitled Karezza, was published in 1896. The concepts have influenced many sex magick practitioners.
