Spell: Bastille Day Justice Spell

Color of the Day
Incense of the Day

Bastille Day in France is the celebration of the people overcoming the status quo of the ruling classes. It is a day of remembering that the people are the true body of power and not those that hold the money or assumed power.

As a way to honor that fight and add power and energy to the people in our world fighting fascism right now, perform this spell. You will need a glass-encased yellow candle and a bay leaf.

Start by using felt markers or paint to decorate the glass of the candle with words, letters, symbols, and images that represent justice to you. When you feel complete with this process, light the candle. Use a felt marker to write the word JUSTICE on the bay leaf and burn it in the candle flame, being careful not to burn your fingers.

Leave the burnt leaf on the top of the candle wax. Let the candle burn down completely.
